Specializing in Anxiety, OCD and Mood Disorders
At Ursula Doran Therapy and Supervision, I specialise in anxiety, obsessive–compulsive disorder (OCD), and mood disorders with a compassionate, evidence-informed approach. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore how these challenges affect your daily life and relationships, and we work together to develop practical, personalized strategies that reduce distress and restore balance.
My practice draws on cognitive-behavioural therapy (including ERP for OCD), acceptance and commitment therapy, and other proven treatments tailored to your needs and pace. Whether you’re managing persistent worry, intrusive thoughts, low mood, or mood swings, I focus on clear, achievable goals, skills you can use between sessions, and ongoing support to track progress.
I welcome adults and adolescents seeking understanding, relief, and lasting change. If you’re ready to take a step toward greater calm and stability, I’m here to help you find a path that fits your life.
